Pffff I know that is a forgery. I would never suggest buffing an Amarrian suit in anyway that would also benefit in any conceivable way the MINMATAR or their HEAVY WEAPONS!

I was doing this hoping Amarr HAV would come out. I had 6 Million Saved up to proto it day 1, and has been saving it since December.
In the end I couldn't wait and skilled into my HAV a bit more.
